Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using motorotom.com (the "Service") operated by Motorotom ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Motorotom is an AI-powered used car search and advisory platform that aggregates and links to listings from third-party automotive marketplaces. We do not sell vehicles, act as a dealer, or guarantee the accuracy of any listings. We provide tools and guidance to assist users in their car-buying research.

3. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access at info.motorotom@gmail.com.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Trial

We offer a limited free trial that provides access to basic features including a limited number of AI queries. The trial does not require a credit card. Trial limitations:

• Limited to 3 AI advisor queries per trial period
• No access to PDF inspection checklists
• No saved search alerts
• Trial period is 3 days from account creation

After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using AI features.

5. Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Service content without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service

7. Third-Party Links and Marketplaces

The Service provides links to third-party car marketplaces and websites. These are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. AI Advisory Disclaimer

The AI-powered recommendations and vehicle insights provided by Motorotom are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional automotive, financial, or legal advice. Always conduct your own due diligence, including a pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic, before buying any vehicle. Motorotom is not liable for any purchasing decisions made based on AI recommendations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOTOROTOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Motorotom and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8 through 12 of these Terms survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
